Beautiful Girl {Imaginarium Designs, Webster's Pages & Sizzix}

Hi there!
Today I`m sharing a canvas project created with Imaginarium Designs chipboard, Webster`s Pages products and Sizzix dies.
I was doubting to publish this canvas or not ....I`m not completely satisfied from the result....I`m missing something but I couldn`t find the missing "part" so far ;-). Anyway, I thought it would be FUN simply to share it. I love those photos of my daughter I took almost a year ago where she was posing for me :-)

{Royal Christmas} Tis The Season
{Winter Fairy Tales} Once Upon A Time
{Winter Fairy Tales} Bells Are Ringing
{Winter Fairy Tales} Magic All Around
{Country Estate} pattern paper
{Every Moment} Unmounted Rubber Stamp

{657469} Sizzix Bigz Die Holiday Lamppost

  • I used a Sizzix frame die for the photos.
  • These are two separate photos which were cut with the same frame die. Then connected approx. in the middle.
  • Lots of fussy cut elements here from Webster`s Pages collections put together as embellishments.
  • The little bloom is from Prima Marketing (and the big ones as well)
  • While misting the background I used the raw chipboard phrase as a mask.
  • After that the chipboard was treated with a few layers - a. Gesso; b. True Snow (medium); c. "Bubblegum Pink Ink Spray (Dylusions); d. White acrylic paint (touches only)
  • I took three chipboard buttons here. Painted them the colors matching my project and layered them.
I hope you enjoyed it!

Thank you for visiting!

Two layouts ~Glitz Design~

Hi there!
Today I have two layouts to share with you
created with awesome Glitz Design Papers &
Embellishments. These are my first layouts
I`m sharing online as a Design Team member :-)!

I totally fell in love with "Yours Truly" collection and I couldn`t find
better photos than the ones we took during a weekend spent in Prague.
While walking down the streets of magnificent Prague I noticed a mirror
hanging on a "outdoor" mirror....and I had no choice ;-) but to capture
a moment of both of us....smiling!

{Yours Truly} Floral
{Yours Truly} Polka
{Yours Truly} Paper layers
{Yours Truly} Giant Rhinestones
{Yours Truly} Paper Garland
{Yours Truly} Peek A Boos
{Yours Truly} Rubber Stamps
{Yours Truly} Washi Tape - Stripe
{Yours Truly} Washi Tape - Yellow Polka
{Yours Truly} Puffy Words

  • I created my flourish clusters by fussy cutting the flowers and layering them.
  • The location journaling was stamped on white card stock and alpha stickers were added - "Praha" is written in Czech language!

  • I loved working with the washi tape and decorating it with paper garland.
  • I placed a giant rhinestone on top of one of the circles.
  • "Photo a Day" was cut out from the paper layers.

  • The scallops were also cut out from the paper layers and used as borders.
  • From the Peek A Boos transparencies I used the one with the phrase "I love you". I cut out part of it and placed it above the photo.

My second layout today is a mixture of new & old collections.
{Hello Friend} Bokeh
{Hello Friend} Envelope
{Hello Friend} 6x6 Paper pad
{Hello Friend} Peek A Boos
{Hello Friend} Giant Rhinestones
{Hello Friend}Rubber Stamps
{Yours Truly} Rubber Stamps
{Beautiful Dreamer} Clear Stamps
{Vintage Blue} Clear Stamps
{Love Nest Titles} Cardstock stickers
{Beautiful Dreamer} pattern paper

  • I used different stamps for the background and to make my own embellishments.
  • For example the butterfly was stamped, cut out and coloured in.

  • The round rubber stamp "Hello beautiful" was stamped directly on the pattern paper. I coloured it in by using Copic Markers.
  • I matted the photo with beautiful doily from Sizzix:
{655268} Sizzix Big Shot Machine
{658039} Sizzix Die Bigz - Ornate Plate

I hope you enjoyed my layouts today!
Happy Scrapping!

  • The photo was punched with a scalloped circle and then placed on the Sizzix frame.
  • Parts of the Princess Petals flower (Webster`s Pages) were placed underneath the frame.
  • I decorated with cut out florals, push pins, gems, etc.

{Happy Birthday} Card & Tutorial ~Glitz Design~

Hi there!
Hope you are enjoying your Saturday!
Today I`m sharing a card and
providing a step by step tutorial with it as well.
I created it especially for Glitz Design`s Bog!
I also made this card for a special friend who
had a birthday yesterday :-)!

{Yours Truly} Floral
{Yours Truly} Washi Tape Yellow Polka
{Yours Truly} Rubber stamps
{Hello Friend} Bokeh
{Hello Friend} Whatnots
{Hello Friend} Rubber Stamps
{Cashmere Dame} 6 x 6 paper pad

  • Use white card stock to cut your own card with size 9" x 12".
  • Fold in two and turn the card vertically. That means upper part of the card is 4.5" and the vertical one 6" long.
  • Use your favorite edge punch to decorate the bottom part of the card.

  • Choose two different pattern papers - I chose here Hello Friend`s Bokeh (12"x12") and Cashmere Dame`s Chevron from the paper pad (6"x6")
  • Cut 1" strip from The Chevron paper and place the Yellow Polka Washi Tape on top - exactly in the middle.
  • The Bokeh paper was sized according to the size of the card. Ink the edges using the color matching your pattern paper.
  • Optional: Hand-stitcha rectangle along the edges.
  • Once ready adhere both pieces on your card.

  • Use the floral motif and stamp randomly over the punched card stock .
  • Use two colors of ink and apply randomly here and there just to give some color.
  • N.B. I used StazOn black ink which is perfect to apply more colors of ink on top.

  • Stamp three butterflies and cut them out. I used StazOn ink!
  • Color them in.

  • Take your Floral pattern paper and cut out 9 blue roses.
  • Choose three yellow leaves and cut them out as well.

  • Place the scallop circle on the left bottom side of the card.
  • Now you are ready to add your embellishments and decorate your card.

STEP 10:
  • As a final touch add some pearls - in my case I added light blue pearls.
  • And in the end you are ready to add your title "Happy Birthday" - I used a chipboard phrase from Imaginarium Designs. It was painted in white and inked with the same colors as seen in Step 6.

Well, that was for today! I hope you enjoyed my step by step!
If you have any questions feel free to leave a message on this post and I`ll reply asap!
